Denise Orsini has devoted 11 of her 22 years working in the hospitality industry to InterContinental San Juan Resort & Casino’s housekeeping department.

As Executive Housekeeper, Orsini is charged with managing the hotel’s 100-plus housekeeping staff and ensure the cleanliness of 402 rooms, with total guest satisfaction as her goal.

She oversees the internal and external laundry services, the Pool and Beach operations of the luxury resort, and provides administrative oversight to the Engineering Department.

Prior to her appointment as the Executive Housekeeper at the Intercontinental San Juan Resort & Casino, Orsini was responsible for the Front Office operations of the hotel. This position included oversight of the bell station, front desk, concierge, guest services, business center, guest relations and hotel club area, as well as the casino marketing reservations center.
 
Orsini graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Marketing from the University of Puerto Rico.
