In her role, Dr. Pallí brings more than 20 years of human resources experience in the hospitality industry as Director of Human Resources at InterContinental San Juan Resort & Casino. She is responsible for fostering and improving employee-employer relationships and personnel administration, among other crucial human resources tasks critical to a successful, smooth running hotel operation.

Her knowledge of hotel operations and human psychology, as well as her ability to maintain a union-free workplace, has helped her secure her place as a key administrator at InterContinental San Juan.

She is committed to actively refreshing her sills and updating her ties within the community. She currently serves as Chairperson of the Education and Human Resources Committee of the Puerto Rico Hotel & Tourism Association, Adviser Board of Universidad del Este, Adviser Board of  Escuela Hotelera de San Juan, Adviser Board of  Escuela Hotelera de San Juan,  and is a member of the Local Board of AMOE.

Her educational experience includes: B.A. in Psychology from Inter-American University; M.S. in Clinical Psychology; and Ph.D. degree in Clinical Psychology, Caribbean Center for Advanced Studies (Universidad Carlos Albizu in San Juan).
