Chef Campos brings more than two decades of culinary expertise to the table. Although a new resident of Puerto Rico, this Argentinean native has quickly become steeped in the local cuisine scene. You can find him in the kitchen serving up seafood paella, mofongo and other criolla favorites, as well as Italian classics featured in the hotel’s signature restaurant Alfredo: Emperor of Fettuccine.
Campos studied culinary art in Argentina and is currently responsible for providing savory to dishes to guests dining at Splash Bar, the hotel casino, banquet halls and room service.
