As Casino Director, Figueroa utilizes his administrative and general management skills to oversee staff and guest relations at InterContinental San Juan Resort & Casino’s vibrant casino.

His previous casino experience includes a position as Vice President of Casino Operations at ASINSA in Caracas, Venezuela; Operations Manager at Morocco Casino in Managua, Nicaragua where he supervised construction of the casino and implementation of all manuals and operational processes and administration, and Casino General Manager at Condado Plaza Hotel and Casino in San Juan.

Figueroa graduated from the University of Puerto Rico with a degree in accounting.
